A Few Important Details
Final layouts for venue-provided tables, chairs and tents must be approved in advance.
All personal belongings, décor, florals, linens and outside rentals must be removed within the timeframe specified in the venue agreement.
Outside vendors must meet the venue’s insurance and service requirements.
Additional access, rentals and services may be available and can be added to your collection based on availability.
What Couples Provide
All collections are venue-only unless otherwise stated. Couples are responsible for arranging:
Catering & Food Service
Couples may select their own caterer or choose from our preferred vendor recommendations.
Bar & Beverage Service
All alcohol and bar services must be provided in accordance with venue requirements and applicable Washington State laws.
Restroom Trailer Rental
Due to the property’s septic system, weddings and events requiring additional restroom capacity must arrange an approved restroom trailer rental. Recommended rental companies are available upon request.
Linens
Couples are responsible for providing all table linens, napkins and other specialty linens.
Décor & Florals
Couples are responsible for all florals, centerpieces, signage, candles and personal décor.
Décor Setup & Removal
Venue setup and breakdown applies only to venue-owned tables, chairs and tents when included in the selected collection. Couples, planners and/or vendors are responsible for setting up and removing all personal décor, florals, linens and outside rentals.
Transportation
Couples are responsible for arranging guest transportation or shuttle service when needed.
